Since co-founding the company over a decade ago Jason is continually looking to improve on the most important aspect of ownership, his clients. Jason takes every project and client very personal and will strive to create more than a working relationship but a friendship. With his formal education and ever-growing experience in the field Jason has been able to combine form with function to create unique enhancements.

• Jason began working in the green industry in 1991

• One year of study was spent in the design studios of Landscape Architecture
• Semester in England to further his landscape background

Matthew R. Seiler

With a background in natural stonework, water features and design, Matt has been able to bring nature to the suburban landscape. He has been a lifelong student of nature and derives much of his inspirations for his designs from this. Matt strives to create a unique retreat for every client to enjoy, even if it is screening the air conditioners.

Patrick J Gallant

Patrick became project manager for Hidden Creek Landscaping, Inc in 2006. His loyalty and commitment to his work are unmatched. Patrick takes great pride in Hidden Creek Landscaping Inc. and considers it a great honor to be a part of such a successful company. Patrick values the relationships he builds with his customers and enjoys interacting with them before, during and after their project.

Ed Baldwin

Ed was hired in October of 2008 to manage our Irrigation and Lawncare Divisions. After spending over 25 years in the golf business in the Central Ohio area, Ed brings extensive knowledge of turf care and irrigation to Hidden Creek Landscaping. Along with this knowledge, Ed possesses strong customer relation skills and a never ending desire to please the customer by seeing the job through and following up after.

Tom Rieder, CLT

Tom was hired in February of 2010 to manage our Maintenance Divisions. After spending over 16 years in the landscape industry in the Central Ohio area, Tom brings extensive knowledge of commercial, public and estate landscape management experience to Hidden Creek Landscaping. Along with this knowledge, Tom possesses strong customer relationships skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Robert Booher

Rob became an intern with Hidden Creek Landscaping Inc. in the summer of 2008. Since then, he has been able to expand upon his landscaping knowledge, which has led to his position as Enhancements Foreman. Rob values a strong work ethic and enjoys working with both employees and customers he serves. He is looking forward to his opportunity with Hidden Creek Landscaping Inc. as they continue to grow.

Marco Stack-Simone

Marco's dedication to the landscape industry began over 17 years ago as a foreman for a lawn mowing crew. He furthered his appreciation of all that is green by adding golf course maintenance to his resume. Determined to utilize his creative talent, Marco added Landscape Architect to his already extensive experience in the industry. He has committed his adult life to all that is green and creates innovative designs with practicality in mind.

Terry Meleca
Office Manager

Terry was brought on in spring of 2008 to take over our office management position. With her widespread background in organizational and communication skills it has been an easy transition for her to step in and take over.

She will aid in assisting our sales team to be better prepared for meetings while also controlling all account receivables. Terry looks forward to making sure all clients questions are answered and needs are met.
