INSTALLATION FOREMAN (Full-Time)

The Installation Foreman will help train and lead a 3-4 person crew responsible for a wide array of duties ranging from basic landscape tasks to detailed hardscape installations. This individual must understand site management, job delegation, client interaction, material and equipment cost control. The position requires at least 1000 hrs of field experience and knowledge.

A two or four year degree is preferred, but not required. Furthermore, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must.

MAINTENANCE FOREMAN (Full-Time)

The Maintenance Foreman will lead a 2-3 person crew responsible for landscape aesthetics and overall property appearance. Basic duties range from mowing and pruning to plant installation and care.

Experience is not necessary, however, basic knowledge of plants, plant care, turf care, and equipment is a plus. Good communication skills a must for onsite interaction with clients. In addition, this individual should have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

TURFGRASS TECHNICIAN (Full-Time / Intern)

The Turfgrass technician will actively participate in the Lawncare Maintenance department of HCLI.

Basic Duties will include applications of fertilizers and pesticides, lawn analysis, and accurate and detailed record keeping. Professional communication skills are required for onsite interaction with clients.

INTERN

Internship responsibilities will vary weekly, even daily, giving the student knowledge and experience of a wide variety of roles and duties in the landscape field.

CREW MEMBER (Seasonal Full-Time or Part-Time)

This is an entry-level position where qualifications are primarily focused on attitude and work ethic of the candidate. Experience in the green industry is helpful, but not required.
