Another great project at Watterson with Hidden Creek. We had the team add ~25 plants in a small area near an entrance and Betty, Maricela and Sixto did a great job. Arrived and got to work right away and took care to pull weeds, remove a stump, plant and mulch. And cleaned up well. A very friendly crew and enjoyed talking with them.

We have been incredibly happy with the work from your crews since becoming new estate management clients. We wanted to specifically recognize Matt for his terrific and knowledgeable work on our irrigation system. We also deeply appreciate the exceptional attention to detail that Ben and Cristobal consistently demonstrate. Their hard work and dedication are truly appreciated and make a huge difference.

It’s always a great day when I see the Hidden Creek truck pull up to my house! Every week I see the pride my crew has as they mow and maintain my yard. Kenneth and German are outstanding! When they came for our routine service, I was out by the pool with my family. I said “Hello” and casually mentioned two concerns/questions I had about the pool and equipment. Kenneth was super knowledgeable and helpful. Kenny and Jude were very professional and had a great attitude towards the project. The portion of the project they were given to repair was done well and I have no doubt it should last longer than the previous repair. An addition to our earlier review last week as I didn’t have the name of the employee who did the excavation and site prep work. We want to thank Nick Rengers for his work with demolition and removal of the old sod in a tight work space. Nick handled the equipment with ease and our sidewalks were left in good condition and clean. Thank you Nick for your work getting the project off to a good start.

For the past two weeks we have watched Elizabeth, Cesar and Otilia spread mulch around our 82 home community. All three worked tirelessly and in not the best of weather conditions. These fine people were friendly, respectful and courteous to our residents. We are all just so impressed by these three wonderful people. As we recently moved into a new area and home, this week has been our first experience with Hidden Creek and did so in two areas - Landscaping & Irrigation. For Landscaping needs, we are simply waiting on a quote, but we liked very much the two gents that were sent out and feel pretty confident we will move forward. Regarding Irrigation - as new home owners, this is a different system for us but Ron Malloy, from Hidden Creek, not only took the time to show me how our control panel worked but based on my questions, went above and beyond to show me how to potentially improve and access our irrigation - without necessarily of benefit to them. So let me just say, this was a very good start.

The upgrade to the area around the former entry way went very smooth and the results are amazing. The area was transformed from an eyesore to a positive focal point. The workers were professional and obviously very dedicated to their trade and the tasks at hand. Specifically Ben and Cristobol were excellent to work with.

I am the principal at Bishop Watterson High School and I wanted to say that Ben and Cristobal were outstanding. These two men were some of the best and most consistent workers I have seen in a long time. They were respectful and courteous the whole time they were here. They also did beautiful work. Thank you

Another great experience and project with Hidden Creek! Outside of the nice design work which greatly enhanced our entry, the team at HC makes the difference. Starting with Olivia and Duke overseeing the project and then enhanced even more by our experience with the two man crew. Ben and Cristobal were the best team we’ve seen. We greatly enjoyed talking with them each day and the pride they took in their work and keeping our area clean was greatly appreciated. They were flexible with our needs and we can’t wait to get them back on a future project. You definitely want Ben and Cristobal on your project! Thank you guys. It all looks great and is getting lots of compliments from neighbors and parents.

Ron and Matt (Irrigation Team) should be commended for adjusting and replacing several sprinkler heads following a complete re-design of the landscaping along the front of our home. The fact that it was late in the day on Friday when they arrived didn’t phase them after being in the neighborhood all day. They did a great job of making sure all the new plants and sod were getting the needed coverage.

Our experience could not possibly have been better. We love the work our team has done and literally cannot be happier. Ryan, Shavon, Duke, Ben, Betty and Cristobal are just the most amazing and hard-working people. The Hidden Creek team effectively communicated with our decking crew to complete a perfect backyard oasis for us. Can not recommend more highly! We are already considering more landscaping work with this company!

Guadalupe, Antonio, Eduardo- mowing and edging looked really good. Mowers didn’t miss narrow strips between rows, edging was sharp. I think the mowers might be mowing in different directions where possible each week- not sure. Workers don’t take long breaks and take naps on the ground or in trucks like former landscapers.

“If one has a right to complain, then one also has the obligation to compliment.” I share this as a result of a meeting with two of your staff today when they drove up our lane by mistake in a very large truck and was concerned about how to exit without damaging any of our property. They were polite, professional and expressed a sincere concern for our property. They truly represented your company in a positive manner. I believe their names were Brandon and Elpidia. Kudos to Hidden Creek for hiring and retaining such personnel!

Our project is not finished - but we couldn’t be happier at this time. Ben, Betty, and Cristobal are so attentive to detail and are such hard workers! They want to ensure that everything they do is exactly as we want it. Their work is outstanding and we are thus far thrilled with the project! We cannot wait to see the finished product. Ron did our irrigation start up. He was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and let me know if we had everything running the best way possible. I know you all are on a tight schedule and yet he didn’t make me feel like he rushed through anything. Ron is a great representative of your business!

Ron is the best. He recommended a new controller and quickly installed it for me during the start up appointment. We tested it together and set up all the zones. Now I have control of the system on my phone. Extremely helpful!!! Matt also stopped by and showed me some other features of the phone app. Hidden Creek always delivers top notch service.

Matt Rupe was the service technician. He was on time and very thorough. He explained why the system was unplugged for the winter, he reset date, time etc. he provided a lot of information about the running of the system and noted that I might see a little water in the street and explained why. Matt did a great job!

We've received years of prompt, courteous and professional services in River Highlands for many years, both mowing, trimming and general landscaping. Can't say enough good things about the crew Doug supervises, especially Pedro M, Cris R, Leo L, Jose Z, Adolfo and Baldemar. Keep up the good work!

The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up our community of River Highlands after such a nasty winter. Thanks to Pedro M., Cris R., Leo L., and Adotto. They worked so hard in not the nicest of weather. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all of the residents in River Highlands, we would like to thank all of the snow team who worked tirelessly to clear our streets and our 82 driveways. The plow arrived about 7:30am and everyone worked until 5:30pm when the streets and driveways were cleared. Today Benjamin Lopez, Betty Ramirez and Saul Perez planted four beautiful Green Giant Arborvitaes in my back yard. They did a wonderful job. Not only do the trees look great, these crew members cleaned up the area and mulched every inch of the beds. You can't even tell they were there. I rarely write reviews but the process from beginning to end with Hidden Creek was terrific! All the staff (Olivia, Duke, Benjamin, Beatris, David, Sixto, and Saul) who worked on our project were so hardworking, professional and went above and beyond to make the project right. Olivia handled contacts, design and problem solving with Dukes help. And the weather conditions were tough but Benjamin and Beatris never slowed down. I’m so pleased with the outcome of the project but mostly how smooth it was to work with the staff. Highly recommend Hidden Creek and looking forward to the next project! Thank you

Fabiola and Baldemar did an amazing job with my Fall cleanup. My yard looks fantastic. Fabiola checked with me on which items I wanted trimmed back and made great suggestions. After numerous attempts to fix a leak in our pondless stream and small pond area next to our beautiful spa, Matt decided enough was enough and sent the fix it crew of Geraldo H, Rene and Ricardo H to completely redo the problem area. Three days of backbreaking effort by the team, pulling out large boulders and river stone l, as well as multiple plants from a 25 ft section. Then completely replace the stream and pond liner, and put the boulders and stone back again. These guys worked diligently, always with a smile, respectful of the property and to me and my family. I cannot thank them enough for their time, effort and craftsmanship! Special thanks to Nora for putting up with my frustration at times with the leak issue and for keeping the Hidden Creek team apprised of the status over the past 6 months. Lastly, thank you Matt for your resolve and commitment towards making sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. We absolutely love our backyard oasis designed and developed by Hidden Creek!

As homeowners in Muirfield (Balmoral) for the past 24 years, my wife and I wanted a year long spa in our backyard off of our existing patio. Our vision is close to completion and we’re so very excited to enjoy our enhanced and elevated backyard! The team of German Mendez, Apolinar Hernandez and Enrique Sanchez deserve recognition and praise! Through cold, rainy and less desirable weather conditions, they were consistently at our property to expand our patio, including adding two sets of steps, as well as install a pondless stream. They were meticulous, professional, diligent in providing the best patio, steps and stream possible! Incredible workmanship! My wife and I are extremely pleased with our year round spa project and greatly appreciate every team member of Hidden Landscape that has been involved since day 1!

Hidden Creek did an amazing job with the design and execution of our backyard project - they expertly handled the design process, demo, construction, and finishing touches. Special shout out to our crew (Ricardo, Dagoberto, and Miguel) - they were incredibly hard-working, professional, efficient, and skilled. They also went out of their way to clean up both the worksite as well as the sidewalks and street at the end of every work day to minimize disruptions for us and our neighbors, which was very much appreciated. The cost is well worth the quality and workmanship. Overall, highly recommend.

Another BIG shout out to both Matt & Ron, showed up around 3:00 pm to flush our irrigation system for the winter. Both guys introduced themselves and walked me through the process they were going to perform. Very professional and polite friendly guys. The entire Hidden Creek team was so helpful and professional. The initial meeting to discuss our needs resulted in a great plan regarding removal of bushes, trimming 2 trees and installing new bushes. Saul and Jose Daniel were fantastic workers who did the job efficiently and exactly according to the plan. They were polite and courteous when we asked questions and they advised us how to take care of our new bushes. They even moved rocks for us. They really cared about making us happy. It was great!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding job that your team has done at the farm apartments. Germán Méndez, Enrique Sánchez, Josué Rayas, and Isacc Felipe have been exceptional in their work. They not only maintained our property beautifully and kept it looking pristine, but they also went above and beyond by offering to help me unload a heavy TV from my car once there hard day of work was done. Their kindness and friendliness did not go unnoticed, and I’m truly grateful for their assistance. Thank you once again for the hard work and dedication your team shows. For many years, Ron always does a terrific job with the irrigation! He is professional always on time and provides comprehensive updates on any repairs and service requirements. The Hidden Creek crew recently completed a new landscape project for us as part of a building addition and they did a fantastic job. The crew worked according to the plans, communicated well, cared about the work and our satisfaction, and left a clean job site throughout. I wanted to thank German M. and his crew Enrique S.,, Isacc F. and Josu E. They did a fantastic job of being very patient when I was having a long conversation with our HOA rep about the landscaping before installation. They were very understanding of the situation and aimed very high to make me, the homeowner, very happy. They worked extremely hard removing old trees, digging new holes into very hard rocky ground and included me in the process of placement for the most privacy for my unit. Kenny came out to look at our landscaping installed last October and got back tonus very quickly and took care of the plant that died. He also called to go over the entire review. Great job by him and your team who reviewed the pictures he took and determined what needed to been done and which plants were ok just stressed from the drought

Pedro and Elpidia did a great job of overseeding our 82 homesites. They were very meticulous to hit every spot. Alpha has been taking great care of our pool and jacuzzi area and maintaining the associated equipment. He always goes above and beyond to provide great service. I can tell the difference when someone else takes care of us every once in awhile. You have a great employee here and I look forward to continuing with him as our pool guy.

The Hidden Creek crew that completed the transformation of the main entry area of our home did an amazing job! Joe H., Nick G., Abdias, and Cole are very friendly and we loved getting to know them. They did a great job keeping us informed of where they were in the process, were very concise of keeping the working area clean and clear of tools and trip hazards at the end of each day, and the quality of their work is second to none. We loved their keen attention to detail and how they took the time to make sure the end product is exactly how it should be. They even did the little extra things, like discarding a concrete base from a light post I removed during the work, that seem small but were greatly appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Hidden Creek team that made our landscaping improvements such a great experience and we can’t wait to start the next phase in the spring!!

Words really can’t describe what a fantastic experience I have had with Hidden Creek so far! It all started with Craig last year filling in some empty spots with plants in my backyard. He is so kind and had wonderful ideas! I’ve also been working with CC on lots of different things as I am now a maintenance customer. She is very responsive, has great ideas, and listens carefully to my ideas. My favorite thing so far has been the reconfiguration of my landscaping and front walkway. I am absolutely in love with everything!! Ben, Kevin, and Betty worked so hard on everything, and it is absolutely beautiful!!! The extra cutting of the bluestone to make a herringbone pattern on the walkway was well worth it! The care and precision that Ben, Kevin, and Betty took was greatly appreciated! The other person that has done such a great job for me is Duke. Once again, he is responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with everything! I am thrilled with the new lighting in the front yard, and my speakers in the backyard too! Matt Seiler went above and beyond as well to make sure that the speakers were working properly! Hidden Creek Landscaping never disappoints. Once again, employees Maria and Baldemar were on our Condominium Association property this month (August 2024) trimming shrubs and in their usual courteous and professional mannerisms they completed their tasks beautifully. All debris was picked up, leaves were blown and the shrubs look wonderful. Great Job, Hidden Creek Landscaping!!!

I sent a frantic text to Ron Malloy today to advise our sprinklers had been running since (at least) 4am this morning. He and Matt came out and had to dig up some grass to replace a solenoid (sp?) as always, Ron delivered an exceptional experience as did Matt. Hidden Creek created a winding walking path and sitting area in our wooded ravine using stones and other natural materials. It ties into the design of our existing landscaping and it's so peaceful and well done. We love our forest oasis!! We want to thank Juan Montes and crew who diligently worked on site, and we want to thank our creative designers, Marc and Letha. They built a respite for us that compliments the natural beauty of the lot. It will be enjoyed for years to come.

Today three very hard workers, Baldemar, Sitto and Sou'l dug out an old spruce tree and planted a new Green Giant Arborvitae. No easy task. They worked so hard to make sure everything was right and that I was satisfied. They cleaned up the yard afterwards and thanked me for allowing them to do our project. These are three wonderful men. My husband had just pulled a large bush and we were left with a huge stump that he was unable to lift himself. We were also unsure where we could dispose of it. We live in a condo association and Hidden Creek completes all of the landscaping in the association. I saw the Hidden Creek truck and asked Maria if they could assist with a stump. Without blinking an eye, Daniel and Hermes lifted the stump and put it on the truck and all our worries were gone. I consider this great customer service and amazing customer satisfaction.

We worked with Nick Berger on a potential swimming pool addition to our backyard. We have been fortunate to have a swimming pool at most of the homes we have lived in and wanted to continue that at our home in New Albany. Our home is nestled in-between 2 other houses and Nick was able to work on a plan to help us be able to access our house to build a pool. Nick gave us a vision of how the pool and living area in our backyard would be enhanced and it was a pure pleasure working with Nick. We would recommend Nick to anyone that needs a professional and friendly person to team up together for any type of backyard oasis from having a pool to landscaping to outdoor living!

Hidden Creek is creating a natural stone path that leads from the back of our house to a creek at the bottom of a ravine. The crew is doing an amazing job, especially considering they are working down a steep, narrow path through the woods. What they've been able to accomplish in a short period of time is admirable, and it looks beautiful! We are very grateful!

Fabiola, Baldemar and Maria worked on a project at my condo yesterday. I expected it to take close to a half day or more. They worked hard and were done with the removal of several overgrown bushes in about 1 1/2 hours. That included cleanup and leveling the area and spreading fresh mulch. I was super happy with the results.

Nick Grenier was very efficient and carefully demolishing the masonry wall, cleaned up the site nicely. Under Dukes Hughes and Craig Jones' management, the installation team - Isaac Felipe, Gerardo Galindo, Kevin Edain, Maria, Baldemar, and Fabiola, carried out Letha Imler's design beautifully, completed the project within agree upon timeframe.

I want to take a moment to once again compliment the crews of Hidden Creek Landscaping. Today, they did the rock drainage work in front of my home. The 3-man crew worked diligently and tirelessly, despite the heat advisory in our area. I took a big electric fan outside to create a breeze and offered them cold water, but I am amazed at how hard they worked throughout the project. Now for the even better news. The crew was experienced and did a wonderful job repairing what Bob Webb Homes neglected. I honestly think that the repairs they did to the ground water drainage issue may be solved for the long-term. They carefully placed rocks strategically along the drainage path, tamped them down, while creating a functional basin for water flow. And it all looks beautiful, maintaining the natural landscaped terrain. I can’t wait for the next major rainfall so I can witness the benefits of their creativity. You probably think I’m crazy showing excitement about “rocks”, however, these guys did a wonderful job 😀. Please share my appreciation to the Hidden Creek Landscaping management. Tom Wood was very helpful in planning our project. We had edging and cobblestone installed on both sides of our home. It really dresses up the appearance of our home. The crew, Saul, Sixto and Roman were hard workers and did a great job with the installation. We could not be more pleased with the appearance and workmanship.

I always have a great experience with my weekly maintenance crew. They usually go above and beyond to make the yard look beautiful. Thank you so much for your kindness and hard work. Guadalupe, Antonio, and Raphael. They even moved a cement bench to another part of the yard for me. It was so heavy and they were happy to do it.

As a long time Board member of our HOA at River Highlands, I have worked with Hidden Creek since 2011. We have reviewed other landscape companies and keep coming back to Hidden Creek. They are just that good! One reason for this review is their people. They all care about how they do their job and keeping our community beautiful. With low turnover, we have the advantage of having many of the same crew members every year. I want to give a special shout out to Ron Malloy for taking care of our extensive Irrigation systems. He does a great job and has the trust of our residents. I have personally recommended Ron to others, including family. He never fails to satisfy. From our Account Manager Tom Wood, Production Manager Doug, the crews, Jason and Matt the owners and everyone involved in River Highlands, we say Thank You. It is very easy to recommend Hidden Creek to others. As I said, they are just that good!

First and formost, Pete did an amazing job building our pool, spending countless hours and days outside in all weather conditions to get the pool and spa completed on time. The project was well managed and the end product was better than expected. Nick Berger was our sales representative and did an amazing job being our single point of contract throughout the entire project. Nick was aways available to us, answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had along the way. Highly recommend these two individuals along with Hidden Creek for any pool, landscape and patio project work you may have.

After seeing all the beautiful tulips 🌷 at our Hidden Creek office and client sites - I hired the team to plant tulips at my home. Skyler and Brandon did an amazing job. It has been so fun to watch them pop up and the color is stunning. My neighbors have all loved watching the grow as well. They definitely brought a smile to the whole neighborhood!

The team that mows and maintains our office facility is a top notch group. Guadalupe, Elpidia, and Antonio are professionally dressed, cordial to work with, personable, and show up to the site each week with a smile on their face, ready to tackle the tasks at hand. They received some feedback from myself on some tweaks I'd like to see during the weekly visit to improve asethstics even more, and they were ready to step up to the challenge when presented with these ideas. We want our property to be maintained at the highest level possible and this team is helping to achieve that. Thank you!

The team at Hidden Creek has done at outstanding job with my deck replacement project in Dublin. The execution from design, planning through construction was on-schedule and on-budget. The team on site of Kenneth, Nick, Joe, Abdias, German, Apolinar and Enrique was respectful of the property and showed quality in their workmanship. The new deck is a great addition to the home and will be enjoyed for many years to come!

The crews that cut our lawn, edge, trim, weed beds, etc; are always neat, clean and courteous. When they finish it looks great! You can tell they take pride in their work. Sometimes I wish the lead time from document signing and commencement of work was shorter, but the results are always worth the wait. I never hesitate to recommend.

We have recently switched to Hidden Creek and it is a night and day difference from our prior landscaping company here at The Lakes at Bethel Park - the mow team has the our grounds looking the best they ever have in years - thanks to Leo Lopez - David Velasquez - Jose Zuniga and Adolfo Gomez - great job guys - keep it up - our residents love you !!!!

The crew consisting of Fabiola, Ben Lopez and Maria did a great job on our seasonal flower display recently at the Hilliard City Schools district office. While it was a very small project, they did it with pride and took the appropriate amount of time to prep, install and cleanup making the process completely seamless for us. Starting with the quote from Craig through the truck pulling out, the entire process was painless. Thank you for the continued partnership!

I want to express my great appreciation to the Hidden Creek crew - Rafael Santiago, Saul Perez, Joe Hindel and Nick Grenier- who dropped everything they were doing to help me with an angry neighbor. The neighbor was upset because a couple of delivery vehicles had driven off the edge of the pavement and left muddy tire tracks in his yard. Hidden Creek had not driven in his yard yet the crew jumped to my aid, installed stakes and caution tape so other vehicles wouldn’t make the same mistake. At the end of my project, the Hidden Creek crew not only smoothed out the edge of the neighbor’s lawn but also reseeded it and put stakes back in place. They certainly went above and beyond what was expected. I’m sure the effort was in part a reflection of the leadership from the stellar project Manager, Duke Hughes. Thank you all! P.S. And they did an outstanding job with my landscape project! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Your snow removal team did a great job last week. We were especially impressed with the way they cleared the snow in front of the mailboxes. Our compliments to the crew’s attention to detail. I can attest to the difficult work. At our previous home it would take me almost three hours to shovel our driveway and parking area. Thanks again for all your efforts. You are appreciated.

My wife and I engaged Hidden Creek to design and build an all season spa in our Muirfield backyard. The project is about two months in and we cannot say enough about Sammy Little and Thomas Wunder! These two have spent countless hours in the rain, cold conditions, high winds, mud getting the inground concrete spa (hot tub) built! Diligent, competent, respectful….there are no sufficient words to describe our appreciation for their efforts! With dedicated and committed employees like Sammy and Thomas, no wonder Hidden Creek is so successful!

The wonderful crew made up of Duke, Sean, Marcelo, Saul, Mario, Apolinar, and Sixto did amazing work in our front and back yards. We had a complete refresh done and both areas look great. The outdoor lighting that was installed is the icing on the cake. I would recommend putting in lighting if you really want your landscape to pop. A special shout out to Sean who repurposed stone from an old stacked-stone wall we had and meticulously pieced together a new wall. Great work! Lasty Nick, our project manager, was very professional and very passionate about his job and making sure we were happy with the results. I would recommend Hidden Creek to anyone looking to update their yard.

A++ I want to say how pleased my wife Alison and I are with the professionalism and team work that Luke, Brandon, Joe, Nick, and Renee have all shown since the start or our hardscape and landscape project. Hidden Creek did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. We got four different quotes and while Hidden Creek wasn't the cheapest option, we are so glad we went with them. They came out six different times while we were planning the scope of our project to clarify and they were so great about any changes we wanted to make and amending our proposal. I couldn't believe how quickly the yard came together. We weren't sure what we wanted in some areas but Ryan Hyslop and his crew came up with great ideas and we are so happy with how their ideas turned out. It looks much more manicured and put together than the yard that was part of the house when we bought it. Our crew of Saul Martinez, Sean Lipscomb, Fabiola Rojo Lara, Esteban Camargo, Mario Torres Rojo, Marcelo Borjas, Daylin Hindel, Apolinar Hernandez, Maria Sanchez, Baldemar Garcia, Duke Hughes (Production Manager), Beatriz Ramirez were so efficient and worked so hard. Hidden Creek ALWAYS has the best service and crew members on their team. My flower beds, pot decor, scrubs etc always look perfect and we get tons of compliments on our yard. They are easy to work with and expectations are set up front so I know what to expect. We have used them for the past four years and would never consider looking at another company. Mr. Garcia, Aguilar, Ventura and Mihajlovski are amazing team members who are hard workers. They show up and are polite, kind, and always have a smile on their face. As someone new to my irrigation system I contacted Hidden Creek for my first winterization. Ron Malloy came out and professionally and efficiently completed the work and then went the extra mile to go over my system in its entirety with me. We recently worked with Hidden Creek to replace overgrown and declining foundation plantings. Their representative Nick Paolini was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting replacements. Also, the crew (Duke, Ben, Rafael and Mario) all did a great job installing the plants. They were especially helpful in translating the design to the location and existing landscaping.

We just recently had a job done by Hidden Creek landscaping and they did a fantastic job. I was able to easily get a hold of them if I had a question or concern. I want to give a huge thanks to Saul and Apolinario for working hard putting in the landscape along our fence line. This will allow us to have more privacy in our backyard. I will definitely be contacting Hidden Creek again.

A big thanks to Ray and his crew for the awesome job they did on our patio project this summer. We can't say enough nice things about them but to name just a few: they were hard workers, on the job early every morning, did excellent work, friendly, easy to work with, cleaned yard up at the end of the day - just a great group of guys! Ray probably got tired of me always asking him - you're going to be here next week, right? Ray was very communicative, always on top of things, excellent follow-up, answered any questions we had, and did great workmanship - a jack of all trades. We are glad this crew were the ones working on our project! And thanks to Nora and Jeff for being very easy to work with and being so responsive when anything that came up that needed their attention!

On Aug 29,2023, I wrote a review regarding phase 1 and promised a follow-up review regarding phase 2 of our large project. Well, can I just say, we are nearly 2 months into phase 2 and the pool division has followed suit with their professionalism, attention to detail and hard work (and we are approximately 100 hours AHEAD of schedule, yes, AHEAD of schedule!!) Luke and Jenn’s design plans have carried through flawlessly. Mike (squared) have been attentive as jobsite managers checking in on the crew and giving guidance when Sammy has needed. Sammy (our site crew leader) has been very respectful of our property and most importantly, his team. He’s also been a great leader for his crew and goes over things more in depth if needed, but the team works together flawlessly. Hermes, Juan and Miguel are hard workers and attentive to the task at hand. They all are happy to be on the job each and every day (and it shows). The guys have had some miserable days, but they have kept plugging away and staying focused and detailed to make our vision a reality. Our pool isn’t straight forward as we’ve added some extra features for our dog’s water therapy. Sammy has taken the time to verify what our final use plan is to be sure pipes are in proper locations etc. to protect the dogs legs with bubblers and umbrella sleeve placements. The amount of plumbing and electrical conduit these 4 men have laid is shocking. They’ve been great explaining the process to us and answering any questions we have. (I highly suggest clients take the time to watch the process and be engaged, there is so much more to it than the finished product we all see and enjoy). The knowledge base on site along with the knowledge from years of experience with the management team to pull from keeps Hidden Creek Landscaping at 10 stars! Best construction experience we’ve had in a long time. The job site has been kept very clean in both phases of our project. While our site does have grass torn up and piles of stone in places, that is reality of a construction site and expected, but the trash (cups, pop cans, plastic wrap from supplies etc) has been cleaned up daily and the respect/protect concept to our current buildings and belongings has been top notch! Thanks again to the Hidden Creek Landscaping Team. Can’t wait to celebrate with you all when our backyard transformation is complete!!

On Oct 10 my husband and I decided to stop in to visit your business We have admired your building, lawn and beautiful landscaping for many years and wanted to stop in to speak to a manager to let him/her know how we felt. The entrance to your building was gorgeous. The color and detail to everything was amazing. Two of your managers took the time to speak to us as we had many questions about the people responsible for all this beautiful work. The project was great from beginning to end. Craig was a great help getting the project started, coordinating with a person at the outdoor design center helping us pick out the perfect stone for the project. He was a constant from beginning to end making sure we were satisfied and all was well the project. Duke was especially helpful throughout the whole working process, overseeing the project and going over and beyond fixing an unseen problem that was encountered by the team. The whole team ( Sean, Saul, Paul, Apolinar, Rafael, Ben Lopez)was conscientious and hard working and created a beautiful retaining wall! Thoroughly happy with the end result and attention to detail! We have only just begun our project with Hidden Creek and could not wait to exclaim our delight with the experience so far. Letha and Jen's excellent design work, along with Mark's seamless sales process management, have made for a truly customer-centric engagement. We are in the process of a total house renovation. I can’t say enough about the guys who put in the hard work everyday. Not only did Juan, Frank and Rena do a great job paving the way so we could work with a blank canvas but they have big hearts too. All three chipped in to help me change my tire! Talk about going the extra mile! When it came down to selecting the right plants and finding the best combination German, Antonio and Enrique were so willing to move things around and accommodate any change I was wanting to make. Where do I start… we cannot say enough great things about the team of employees that are making our dream a reality!! Luke and Jenn on the design side. Tim, RayRay, Alex and Juan on the landscape/:hardscape side. While there have been many more filling in where needed, these have been our main crew for Phase 1. The attention to detail is unmatched (and we’ve done “a few” projects to say the least). Communication has been spot on! RayRay has been a great team leader on-site every day to the extent that we have requested him and his team back for the finishing work on Phase 2 which started just a few days ago. The division heading up phase 2 has its work cut out for them as RayRay has set the bar high! So far though, they are living up to the challenge. Luke, Jenn and Tim have kept us in the loop as some things have needed to change on the fly which hasn’t been the case with other companies from the past. Everything has been simply amazing! It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Craig, Fabiola, Marlin, Maria and Duke were the best! We are in the middle of our project but I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with how our project is progressing. Nick designed such a lovely space. Juan M, Juan G and Joriel D (with the guidance of Tim :)) have put their blood, sweat and tears into making it come together. We are SO excited to see the finished product!

We are midway through a large landscape, hardscape and pool installation, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the way our backyard has turned out. The guys are working so hard in this brutal heat, and with a very difficult neighbor situation, which the Hidden Creek crew has handled with the utmost professionalism. The pool areas, patios, steps and the retaining walls were meticulously installed-the stones line up perfectly (my OCD heart is in heaven). Truly, Ricardo H, Ricardo M., and Edgardo have gone above and beyond for my project and we are thrilled. I cannot wait to see the final result. I am so thankful we hired Hidden Creek for this job, you are bringing my dream home to life!

A bad experience recovered by great customer service. Unfortunately had our hydrangea's - just getting to bloom stage- were trimmed by the crew. Frankly I was lit. I tried to be calm as I could tell the crew was essentially cowering as I am telling them you cannot cut back hydrangea this time of the year. These are beautiful limelights and I have one Bobo which was going to be magnificent. The crew clearly could not speak English so I switched to Spanish which only served to frighten them more. No longer was it "no entiendo" "por que yo puedo". I asked for the Jefe (Doug) but no esta aqui hoy. . Fortunately the owners son's, friend came around and was on top of it. Nick (residential manager) got on the phone and came out. He was calm, listened and provided a solution. While we will have no blooms from our hydrangea (and I will say these have real sentimental value and now will not bloom this year and represent a great summer love of ours) Nick brought a new Bobo, full of blooms and planted it and provided a solution that represented, Hidden Creek understood and cared enough to take the time, energy, and financial impact to provide an outcome that was beyond my expectations. Nick stayed calm, didn't get defensive, took the rear end chewing professionally and then provided a solution that built a friendship and respect for Hidden Creek.

JERRLES AND CREW Elizabeth Otilia Ana Sam Jackson and Austin came to mulch the beds around my property. They did a great job and very thorough cleanup after mulching was done! I’m delighted to say when Austin arrived with DRIVEN TO GROW card I was extremely happy to acknowledge A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

We started with a blank slate for our backyard and had some ideas but really needed some direction so we reached out to Hidden Creek for a full design and build for our project that included a patio, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pergola and landscaping. We worked through many design ideas with Garrett and Monette who were VERY patient with us as we went through lots of options. Once everything was finalized, the Hidden Creek team got to work and did an amazing job. We would like to recognize the many individuals that worked on our project: Kenneth, Juan A, Roberto, Jose B., Diodoro, Juan G., Alex, Robert, Steven, Joe, Alexander, Frank, Ray, Arnulfo, Antonio, Hector, Tim, Garrett, Letha and Monette. They were all friendly and hardworking and always made sure we were happy with the results. As with any project there were some hiccups along the way but Monette was always quick to respond and problem solve. Overall our backyard turned out even better than we imagined and now we have a beautiful space to enjoy with our family and friends.

As an HOA Board Director, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful mulch crew for doing a fantastic job in our community of 82 homes.. We use a tremendous amount of mulch to say the least. This was a big job! The crew worked tirelessly, for six long days including Saturday. Each crew member was always polite and respectful to our residents - and they were always smiling. They worked so hard! So, to the amazing crew leader Jarries and crew members Elizabeth, Otilia, Austin, Ana, Sam, Jackson and Ben - -Job well done. Thank you for making our community look beautiful.

As a Director on my HOA, I would like to sincerely thank Fabiola and her pruning crew, Maria, Mike G., Dominga and Doug for an outstanding job on our 82 homesites and common areas. Justin and Thomas did an excellent job fixing our pool. When Justin does our maintenance it is done very well. Thomas fixed a leak by our heater and I asked he about it. He took the time to explain it to me which is important to me. These guys are good employees on the customer service side.

As a member of our Board of Directors responsible for landscaping, I want to thank Ron Malloy and Kenny for their efforts to get irrigation at all 83 homesites and common areas turned on in a timely manner. Jarries and the mulch crew did a great job this week. We are accustomed to getting complaints from a few of our owners, but not this year. First, I want to recognize Nick Paolini for making this year's account manager transition a breeze. Second, I would like to recognize this year's mulching crew, Samuel, Jarries, Otilia, and Zuma. This crew has done an EXCELLENT job mulching our community's beds. Chris Fox is the man!!! i was boating on Griggs Reservoir and my motor died, so i paddled to the nearest dock... which happened to be where Chris and his crew were working. i approched Chris and explained the situation, that i was going to have to walk a few miles back to my car and come back for my boat later on... and without hesitation, Chris offered me a ride to my car! Solid dude, kind soul, saved the day! the work they were doing was amazing and i will definitely be contacting Hidden Creek when i need any sort of landscaping in the future... just hope i get Chris and his crew when that time comes!

Hidden Creek did an amazing job with our new front patio and walkway! Monette and design team Letha and Jen created a plan that suits our front outdoor space perfectly. The materials compliment the house and natural surroundings while providing a welcoming entrance to our home. The on site crew (Ray, Alex, Kenneth, Miseal, Arnulfo, Hector & Luis) worked to ensure every detail fit into place. It has been fun watching them through the kitchen windows as the project takes shape. Crew has been compensating to our needs and slight changes as everything progressed. Friendly and responsive crew! We cannot wait to get landscaping installed and start enjoying this space!

Your crew is friendly and professional. They work very quickly and neatly at a very demanding job - I spread 23 yards of mulch yearly by myself for a number of years and was always so grateful to finally finish. I do wish that the mulch cover was deeper, but that’s a management issue. You’re very fortunate to have a crew who works so hard and comes back year after year.

Juan A. and his crew of Luis, Jose, Frank and Arnulfo continue to do a fantastic job with our backyard project. With the slope of the yard, most of the work has to be done by hand. They are all such hard workers. On top of all they have to do, Juan, Frank and Arnulfo took time yesterday to move a very heavy patio table for me. True gentlemen! Jeff, Monette and Tim also continue to stop in to be sure everything is going as planned. We are still very pleased with the crew from Hidden Creek.

We are currently in the midst of a major backyard overhaul. From the beginning, we have been very pleased with Hidden Creek. Jeff and Jen were our landscape designers. They did a fantastic job. They really listened to our wishes and came up with great plans. They spent the time to get everything just the way we wanted it. Juan A. has been the head of our landscape crew. He is always willing to stop and answer any questions we might have. He is a very conscientious worker and takes his time to make sure everything is done correctly. His crew has consisted of Juan G., Ray, Roberto, Jose, Miguel, and Luis. All are incredibly hard workers. Before the crew leaves at the end of each day, they be sure to clean up the site as best as they can. Lastly, Monette has been our project manager. She is always quick to answer our questions. When we have needed outside contractors for various things (spa, decking, concrete, etc) she has given us names of companies that also have been great to work with. If there are any issues, she will get them resolved. All in all, the team from Hidden Creek have exceeded our expectations for this project. We can't wait to enjoy our newly transformed backyard.

I work at the SCOTTS manufacturing facility in Marysville. I was walking outside the plant and came across two Hidden Creek landscaping associates, Brandon and Skyler, who were taking time out of their work to pick up some trash and bag tails that had gotten out of our compactor and we’re blowing around. The trash was none of their doing, and it certainly was not their job to pick it up. We finished our first year with Hidden Creek Landscaping and excited to start another in 2023. Hidden Creek did an outstanding job with my fall flower install! The variety was amazing and the crew members are always so pleasant. Ron is organized, has excellent communication skills and makes it easy to schedule service for our irrigation system. He was also instrumental in going the extra mile to help us with a fountain that wasn’t working to our satisfaction. He modified a more powerful pump to get the desired effect. We really appreciate his hard work. Ron and Kenny are great!

We contracted with Hidden Creek Landscaping to design and implement the landscaping for our new home. Hidden Creek was easy to work with and one of the only parts of our project that we didn't need to manage. They took ownership from the beginning doing what they said they were going to do at the time they said they were going to do it and finished when they said they were going to finish.
