Baldomar, Aristeo, Maria, Alfonso, Antonio, Garcia, Jose Ruiz --- the A team in our minds. This crew worked promptly in the heat and did an outstanding job. It's also nice that Hidden Creek has always had a project manager who stops out (Olivia in our case) to check on the progress and make sure everything is to their standard. Our team enjoyed watching the progress and talking with the workers about the progress. They are also helping us ensure the plants stay properly watered in the summer heat. I think the best comment I can pass along is one of our staff members who stated "this company seems to always have good crews here but this one is really good." We had a great experience working with Hidden Creek on our backyard retaining wall project! We had a steep slope in our backyard that was transformed into a usable space. They were very professional throughout and clearly were the right people for our project. After working with a couple other contractors initially we are very glad we decided to switch and go with Hidden Creek. We felt much more comfortable throughout that our project would be handled properly. Thank you to the entire construction team (Nick, Joe, Abdias, and Edgar) as well as the sales and design team (Clay, Jeff, and Luke) for helping to bring our vision to life! Would highly recommend them to any future clients looking to build a large retaining wall. See the before and after photos for the amazing transformation!

We had an excellent experience working with Hidden Creek to install some landscaping in our backyard. Trent and Shavon were great and worked with me as our project grew considerably during the process- my husband and I just kept wanting more! They picked lovely and hearty trees and shrubs that really suit our lifestyle! Marcos and his crew (Baldemar, Aristeo, Cristoval, and Maria) who installed everything were wonderful too- they worked extremely hard in very hot conditions. And Trevor and Jose helped get our sprinklers to work with all of the new plants and trees. We couldn’t be happier with the end result as it’s better than we could have imagined!

I would like to commend Ben, Jamie, and Joseu for their outstanding work on the new stone flower bed and dry riverbed creek at Bishopsgate Condominiums. These three worked tirelessly, expertly laying the stone for the wall, moving large rocks into place, and creating a beautiful dry riverbed. Ben, the team leader, was exceptional—he went above and beyond to ensure we were proud of their work and always listened to our requests for adjustments. Hidden Creek should be very proud of these dedicated individuals and the quality of their craftsmanship. I would appreciate it if you could convey my sincere thanks to these three individuals. Hidden Creek created a backyard design including large patio, seating wall, outdoor lighting, lsndscaped planting beds, and sprinkler system front and back. Juan Montes, Enrique Sanchez, Jorge Duke, and Hirvin Lopez were members of the crew doing most of the installation and they were great; so hardworking!!! The sprinkler team, led by Mr. Hector, was a separate group but also great!. I am totally pleased!!! Later this week a different crew will arrive to build my pergola. Can't wait!!!!! Nancy Miller H. I built a new house in 2022 - hidden creek did all the outside work (landscapes, hardscape, pool) -- our pool was quite complicated with extra pumps - pad above water level etc -- they have been maintaining it ever since....specifically Chad, Nick, and Scott go out of their way to make sure it's always up and running and looking good. Due to the complexity of it I end up needing their help quite often and sometimes at less opportune hours of the day -- scott and chad always show up and get it figured out.

Hugo Santiago came to mow our small lawn area at our townhome community yesterday (We’ve rented here for over 15 years) and I stopped him because we had just planted new grass. He was very busy zipping around the rest of the large rental property on the mower but he took the time to stop and talk to me. He was sweet, kind and respectful. I came home later to a note that he had thrown down some grass seed in the bare areas. Exceptional service!!!

Our HOA selected Hidden Creek for lawn and snow services. I continue to be impressed with their team and the quality of their work. Yesterday they were in the neighborhood for irrigation start-up services. Trevor Workman was assigned to my home. He deserves major kudos! Not only was he exceptionally professional and talented… he was a pleasure to get to know. I enjoyed working alongside him side of him as we made a number of adjustments and repairs to the system… and learning from him. Thank you Trevor for being a role model for Hidden Creek… and a really great guy!!
