We hired Hidden Creek to redesign our front yard - the project included new landscape design, new plants / trees / shrubs, all new grass, stonework, lighting and a brand new walkway and front stoop. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to pull this project off - I appreciated the clear communication, the patience with all my questions, the professionalism of everyone who showed up at my house, for adjusting when new things came up and for giving our house a major glow up! To Clay, Jeff, Zach, Milan and Kenny, we can’t thank you enough!

Brandon and his team cleared our driveway, house walkways, and public sidewalks. They were very generous with their time, despite having numerous other locations to clear. Brandon even offered to salt and clear the back sidewalk while I was shoveling it. The backyard area is not included in our contract because it's not really used in winter, but I was out there because we were expecting a delivery of furniture. Adding salt there prevented any mishaps. Thank you, Brandon! You and your team ROCK!

When I first met Trent, the sales manager, I had ideas regarding what I wanted my backyard to look like. He listened, bought the plant expert to my house to listen to my vision, and gave all the info to Jeff the designer. Together, an amazing design was created! Trent and Jeff also listened to me when I asked about small changes. This process has been so easy and enjoyable!!!

From design to construction - it has been a top shelf experience from start to finish. Luke Gerben, Jeff Haussler, Roberto, Jorge Duque, Isaac, Hector, Juan, Antonio, Zak Nunisto with Hidden Creek’s in-house Pool team created an incredible outdoor experience for our family! We cannot recommend too highly!

We greatly appreciated your stamina and persistence to finish the job after a severe thunderstorm interrupted your progress. The final result looks awesome!

The Hidden Creek Team recently visited my home to perform the winterization of our irrigation system. Ron Malloy was exceptional to interact with! He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the system. He also helped identify a leak in the system and offered a couple different options to fix it. Ron is a superstar! Our Hidden Creek team of Brandon, Randy and Rafael always does a great job. I especially want to give them a shout out for their effort yesterday when a tree trimming crew we had at our house left behind a huge limb and some other debris. I had planned to call the tree company to come back out, but the Hidden Creek crew beat them to it! They cleared away all the extra mess, no questions asked. A big thanks and kudos to our maintenance team for going above and beyond!

Joe went far above and beyond for us today!!! He saw me struggling to lift something heavy in our driveway, and insisted to help me even though if had nothing to do with our yard. I was so grateful for his assistance. It’s kind people and this above-and-beyond service that sets Hidden Creek apart from others!!! Thank you, thank you thank you!

Ron Malloy once again provided professional, efficient service in the year end irrigation shut down. He arrived on time, was very professional, knows his job well and is able to answer any and all questions I have had. Hidden Creek Landscaping – Simply the Best I’m continually amazed by the excellence and care Hidden Creek provides. A recent warranty request was handled immediately, with Clay Hultberg personally coordinating and keeping me informed. He and Shavon came onsite to offer smart landscaping adjustments based on sun exposure. Ahead of my first backyard party on October 10th, Kenny and Hugo worked magic—replacing trees and bushes, planting new ones, fixing irrigation, burying wires, adding mulch, and leaving everything spotless. My guests had no idea the transformation had just happened. What truly sets Hidden Creek apart is their people. Not only did they make my outdoor space look Architectural Digest-worthy, they also educated me on caring for my plants, irrigation, lighting, and hardscapes. “Full service” doesn’t begin to describe it. There’s only one choice: Hidden Creek.

Our HC Team was amazing! Juan Montes, Juan Giron, Ismael A., Hermes G., Mario P., and Jalen were fantastic. Everyone worked hard, did the highest quality work, took good care of our house and yard while they were here, and always had a smile and gave updates and answered any questions we had. They were a pleasure to work with and true professionals. And the project turned out better than our wildest dreams! Thank you all!

Always appreciate the thoroughness Ron gives us for irrigation season. He could easily just come and do the required basics, like most companies would. But, not Ron and Hidden Creek....updated some worn out heads and tubes, preparing for next spring. Thank you for having pride in your position and providing exceptional customer service!

Hidden Creek completed the blowout of our Irrigation system. They identified a problem with the deduct meter valve as well as an incorrectly installed sprinkler head and resolved both problems . Very professional and thorough. On another day they evaluated a corner post that was bumped during. The mowing of our yard.. and have scheduled their team to return for repair of the fence . Jose and Daniel were very nice to work with. We have been pleased with their care of our yard in 2025 .

Brandon and his crew went above and beyond this week! I asked them to take out all the flowers and cut the yard none of which were on the schedule. He didn’t hesitate to agree to do those things! He also found a leak in our Backflow. He got someone out to get it fixed ASAP. His work crew is always amazing so kind and always asking how they can improve! Love having him and his crew.!

Thank you Hidden Creek for providing exceptional service for the yard of our new-build house! Among other things, Olivia attentively shared her extensive expertise and addressed email communication with our HOA management company to keep them updated on the status of the grass install. Gus conscientiously hand-watered our 30+ new trees, six days a week from Aug 5 until Sept 8, while waiting for ideal weather to plant the grass. Several of the trees were already stressed from the builder landscape contractor’s untimely planting, but Gus’s diligence saved the others. Milan examined the trees, diagnosed problems, and offered solutions. Olivia, Gus, Milan and the Hidden Creek Team installed the Hydroseed on Sept 10th. and now the lawn is looking fantastic. We’re looking forward to having Hidden Creek continue caring for our yard!

We just had a new patio installed by the Hidden Creek team. After a thorough preliminary conversation where Jason and Trent discovered our goals, the plan was set. From the moment Ben, Cristobal, and Jaylen showed up to start the job, we felt extremely comfortable with the work being done. The guys showed up on time each day, worked efficiently and effectively together, and were always polite and professional in engaging with us and our questions. When Betty showed up to lay the accent bricks, she was a machine. Her precision and passion for making sure our project looked amazing was evident. It was great to see the leadership team of Duke, Zach, and Trent swing by occasionally and make sure everything was going as expected. We did encounter a few unplanned obstacles but the team were open and honest about options and best plans to deliver the product we had in mind when we started. Now that the job is done, we are very happy with the final product and have already enjoyed spending time entertaining and relaxing on the patio. We have been using Hidden Creek for 4 years now and have nothing but positive experiences each week. This year, we’ve had wonderful landscaping and lawn care from our primary team, always meeting our expectations as well as cleaning up and leaving our home looking neat, tidy, and manicured, ready for each weekend! Hidden Creek Landscaping has been great! We used them for pool cleaning after they acquired Capitol City Pools and we quickly utilized their other services. Guadalupe and Antonio cut the grass and are always prompt, professional, and detail oriented. Ron and Matt with the irrigation division are very responsive and always go the extra mile to make sure the system is functioning as intended. Lastly Olivia, our account manager, is a great person and always available to answer any questions or concerns we have! All the teams work together so well it makes it feel like a small, personal company even though they have the size to meet any demand! Would definitely recommend!
